The Registrar’s Office is a structural subdivision of Baishev University. In its work, it is guided by the regulatory and legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of education and internal documented information of the QMS of Baishev University.

The Registrar’s Office organizes the registration of students for academic disciplines (Enrollment). Advisors are involved in organizational, methodological and consulting work with students.

The Registrar’s Office organizes the system of monitoring the academic achievements of students.

The Registrar’s Office organizes the midterm and final assessment of students.

The Registrar’s Office constantly monitors the results of the midterm assessment of students and analyzes them.

The Registrar’s Office maintains a history of the academic achievements of students throughout the entire period of study, which is reflected in the transcript. The transcript is issued upon request of the student for any period of his/her study.

The Registrar’s Office provides advice on the following issues:

• Transfer and reinstatement of students from one educational program to another, from one higher professional education institution to another during summer and winter holidays;
• Registration and re-registration for disciplines, formation of an individual curriculum for a student or master’s student;
• Determination of academic differences or academic debt;
• Issuance of transcripts, diplomas of education and supplements to them, as well as duplicates of diplomas and supplements;
• Issuance of a login and password for entering the Platonus information system;
• Organization of the summer semester, retaking academic debts, passing the academic difference.

Working hours: from 09.00 to 18.00, lunch from 13.00 to 14.00
