The sports club “Sunkar” organizes and carries out all sports and health work for students and teaching staff, which includes:

• holding a Spartakiad among first-year students;
• holding a Spartakiad among the faculty and staff of the university;
• holding competitions for the University Cup;
• organizing sectional work with young students;
• holding sports evenings;
• organizing sports training work in individual and team sports;
• organizing Health Days;
• assisting in holding the Republican Universiade.
