On May 6, 2025, the Department of Social and Cultural Development organized the slogan “May 7 is Defender of the Fatherland Day and May 9 is Great Victory Day.” and a festive event “Uly Zhenis-urpakka amanat” was held. Major Kutanov Izbasan Shabanovich, an officer of the Military Institute of the Air Defense Forces, and Damir Tlekkabilovich Kusainov, a combat veteran of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Tajik-Afghan border, took part as guests of the event. They talked about how to pay homage to the motherland and shared their brief life story.
In the next part of the event, the grandmother’s video on the theme “Great Victory-amanat to the generation” was shown. In this video, Kaldymuratova Balkenzhe Kaldymuratovna talked about her spiritual memories. Grandma’s speech reminded of the Great Victory Day and the post-war hardships and conveyed the importance of this day to the younger generation.
During the event, Bakytbek Arykbaevich Telibekov made a presentation and shared his memories of his father.
