The cultural and educational initiative of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan — the National Dictation project — has been successfully implemented at Baishev University. The aim of the project is to expand the use of the state language, improve the population’s language literacy, and strengthen national identity. The dictation was held from October 16 to 29, 2025, in an offline format. The event was attended by 2,849 students and 170 faculty members. The organization and coordination of the event were carried out by the Academic Department and the Deans of the Higher Schools. Participants demonstrated great interest and active involvement in supporting this initiative. The National Dictation project was conducted at a high level and became an important step in promoting the state language and fostering national values.
