18.02.2025 teachers of the Higher School of Natural Sciences and Humanities of Baishev University, professor, PhD in Law B.A. Telibekov and professor, PhD in Law I.M. Telibekova held a practical lesson at a court session of Aktobe Court No. 2 with students of groups 302 and 401 of the Jurisprudence program, where a criminal case was considered. As part of criminal proceedings for fraud, a civil case was considered on compensation for damage caused in the form of a refund of funds. The court issued a ruling against the defendant on imprisonment for 4 years and the return of funds to the victim in the amount of 4 million 600 thousand tenge. The court explained the issued judicial act. Practical classes in the disciplines “Legal regulation of the activities of legal consultants” and “Civil procedural law of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, which took place at this court session, were conducted as part of dual training.
