The Registrar’s Office is a structural unit of Baishev University. In its work it is guided by the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the education field and internal documented information of the Baishev University QMS

The Registrar’s Office organizes enrollment of students in academic disciplines (Enrollment).

Advisors are involved by The Office to carry out organizational, methodological and consulting work with students

The Registrar’s Office organizes a monitoring system of students’ educational achievements.

The Registrar’s Office organizes students’ both intermediate and final exams’ certification.

The Registrar’s Office constantly monitors the students’ intermediate certification results and analyzes them.

The Office maintains a history of students’ educational achievements throughout the entire period of study, which is reflected in the transcript.

The transcript is issued upon the student request for any period of his/-er studies.

The Registrar’s Office provides advice on:

• students transfer and retrieval from one educational program to another, from one higher education institution to another – during the summer and winter vacations;
• registration and re-registration for disciplines, formation of an individual curriculum for a student or undergraduate;
• determination of academic difference or academic debt;
• delivery of transcripts, diplomas on education and supplements to them, as well as duplicates of diplomas and supplements;
• providing login and password to enter AIS Platonus;
• – organization for students: as summer as winter semesters, retaking academic debts, passing academic differences as well
