On January 28, 2025, students of group 401 of the educational program “6B04211 Jurisprudence (civil law)” under the guidance of Professor of the Higher School of Natural Sciences and Humanities, PhD in Law B.A. Telibekov and Professor, PhD in Law I.M. Telibekova attended an open court hearing in Court No. 2 of Aktobe as part of practical classes on the subject “Legal regulation of the activities of legal consultants”. Students in practice got acquainted with the procedure for the participation of a legal consultant in the main trial as a representative of the victim in criminal proceedings, with how the rights and obligations of a legal consultant are realized, enriching their theoretical knowledge with law enforcement practice.
