- RUMS of the International Educational Corporation (KazGASU) — in the direction of training “Architecture-construction”
- RUMS of KazUMOiWL named after Ablai Khan — in the direction of training “Teacher training in languages and literature” and “Language and Literature”
- RUMS of KazATK named after M. Tynyshpayev — in the direction of training “Transport services”

The International Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature (MAPRIL) is a non-governmental public association created with the aim of popularizing, preserving, developing and studying the Russian language and literature as part of world culture. Members of the association: Yesenova K.E., Zhanpeisova N.M., Tokzhanova A.M., Ergazina A.A., Abildaeva K.M., Amangazieva M.K.
British Council — Britishcouncil online platform of the British Council is an international organization of the United Kingdom in the field of cultural relations and education. On November 21, 2017, an Agreement on joint activities was signed between the British Council and Baishev University, within the framework of which 3 projects:
- “Researcher connect”. Organization and assistance in conducting training for researchers working in Aktobe and Western Kazakhstan.
- “English for journalists”. Conducting courses in professional English for journalists working in Aktobe.
- “Assessment of internationalization strategies in Kazakhstani universities”. Conducting a pilot use of the self-assessment tool at the university to assess the university’s strategies for internationalization and achieving the priorities of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for reforming higher education.
United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI) The activities are aimed at expanding cooperation with higher education institutions in support of the goals of the United Nations. Baishev University has been a member of this organization since December 2015. Participation in the initiative gives the university all the benefits of membership in a growing network of students and scholars engaged in active work on organizing events and conducting research in order to form a unified global culture of intellectual responsibility to society.

“The goal of the activity is to support the integration processes between the member countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
Association “Community of Academic Activity” (Serbia)
The goal is to develop and improve professional skills, self-education, communication and exchange of best practices with colleagues from the CIS countries, the Balkan Peninsula, Europe and the USA.
