On September 2, 2025, the official opening ceremony of the Seminar on the Development and Cooperation in the Field of New Productive Forces among SCO Countries took place at Shandong Vocational College of Foreign Trade (Qingdao, PRC).
The rector of the college, Professor Liu Min, delivered the welcome speech at the ceremony.
Baishev University is represented at the event by Associate Professor in the field of education, Ms. Gulmira Sultamurat. The seminar also brings together representatives of educational institutions and manufacturing enterprises from Armenia and Kazakhstan. Running through September 15, 2025, the seminar aims to facilitate the exchange experience in the development and international cooperation concerning new productive forces.
The program features lectures on China’s strategy for developing new-quality productive forces, global economic trends, and the prospects of green energy. Participants will also visit Chinese factories, industrial facilities, and exhibition halls of leading companies.
