At the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Aktobe invitation, three Baishev University employees: O. Lygina, Baishev University Rector; B. Kusanova, Associate Professor (docent) and Professor of Education at the School of Natural Sciences and Humanities; as well as Zh. Erniyazova, Director of the International Relations’ Department are training during a seminar program on improving the business environment at both a free trade port and the International Cooperation and Exchange Center of the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce (Haikou city, Hainan Province, PRC) from September 15 to September 28, 2025.
The program includes lectures, as well as visits to enterprises and exhibition halls. The training is conducted in English.
