Aktobe Regional Universal Scientific Library after S. Baishev from March,1 to October,20 this year held a Republican competition for the best scientific project “San kyrly galym”, dedicated to the 115th anniversary of the birth of public figure, scientist, Doctor of Economics, professor, academician of the Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, Honored Scientist of Kazakhstan Saktagan Baishev.

In order to promote the scientific works of Baishev, the development of intelligence among young people, scientific thinking, the formation of innovative methods and creative potential, a 4th-year student of the educational program “Pedagogy and Psychology” of Baishev University Temirkhanova Anar Kuralbaevna took the 3rd prize. The winner of the prize was awarded a smartphone. The head of the scientific project is Zhumaganbetova Bakyt Tenilbaykyzy.
