At the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Aktobe invitation, Zh.A. Daev, Associate Professor, Professor of Education at Baishev University’s School of Social and Technical Sciences, is attending a seminar on the construction of special economic zones and free zones for developing countries – at the Shenzhen Association for the Promotion of International Economic and Technological Cooperation (Shenzhen city, Guangdong Province, China) from September 17 to September 30, 2025.
Twenty-five participants from 15 countries are participating in the seminar. The Program includes lectures, as well as visits to enterprises and exhibition halls. The course is taught in English.
