Quality Management


The University’s internal quality assurance system, implemented through documented information of the University’s QMS, in accordance with the requirements of ST RK ISO 9001-2016. “Quality Management Systems. Requirements” and the criteria of ESG standards, ensures development in accordance with the Mission-Vision-Strategy, Policy and Goals in the field of quality of the University and the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.

In 2005 — the University received for the first time a certificate of conformity of the quality management system ST RK ISO 9001: 2004 under number KZ1510176.07.03.002

In 2016 — the University successfully passed the certification audit of the quality management system, conducted by the certified company of the Aktobe branch of the OPS SM JSC “National Center for Expertise and Certification” to obtain a certificate of conformity according to the new version

In 2017 — the University was awarded a certificate of conformity ST RK ISO 9001-2016 (ISO 9001:2015 international standard) KZ. Q.01.03.18 KSS No. 0058809, No. KZ.1510318.07.03.00943 for a period of 3 years.

In 2018 and 2019, the University successfully completed the planned inspection audit procedures of the University QMS.

In 2019, in connection with the rebranding of the University (renaming the Aktobe University named after Saktagan Baishev to Baishev University), certificate KZ.Q.01.0318, KCC No. 0104589 under number No. KZ.1510318.07.03.00943 dated 06/03/2019 was issued, valid from 09/21/2017 to 09/21/2020.

In 2020, Baishev University successfully passed the recertification procedure of AF JSC “National Center for Expertise and Certification” in relation to educational activities for the training of personnel with higher and postgraduate education and confirmed compliance with the requirements of ST RK ISO 9001-2016 (ISO 9001:2015) “Quality Management Systems. Requirements”. Assigned certificate of conformity No. KZ.1510318.07.03.00943 dated 09/18/2020, valid from 09/18/2020 to 09/18/2023.
