The University’s internal quality assurance system, implemented through documented information from the University’s QMS, in accordance with the requirementsRS RK ISO 9001-2016. “Quality management systems. Requirements” and ESG standards criteria, ensures development in accordance with the Mission-Vision-Strategy, Policy and Objectives in the field of quality of the university and the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.

In 2005, the University for the first time received a certificate of conformity of the quality management system of the Republic of Kazakhstan ISO 9001:2004 with the number KZ1510176.07.03.002

In 2017, the University was awarded the certificate of compliance with the ST RK ISO 9001-2016 (ISO 9001:2015 international standard) KZ. Q.03/01/18 KSS No. 0058809, No. KZ.1510318.07.03.00943 for a period of 3 years.

In 2019, in connection with the rebranding of the University (renaming Aktobe University named after Saktagan Baishev to Baishev University), the certificate KZ.Q.01.0318, KCC No. 0104589 with the number no. KZ.1510318.07.03.00943 dated 06/03/2019, valid from 09/21/2017 to 09/21/2020 was issued.

In 2020, Baishev University successfully passed the recertification procedure of the AF JSC “National Center for Expertise and Certification” in relation to educational activities for training personnel with higher and postgraduate education and confirmed compliance with the requirements of the ST RK ISO 9001-2016 (ISO 9001:2015) “Quality management systems. Requirements”. Certificate of conformity No. KZ.1510318.07.03.00943 dated 09/18/2020, valid from 09/18/2020 to 09/18/2023.
