Requirements for the position of dean of a Higher school
The dean of the Higher School must have a higher (or postgraduate) education, an academic degree of candidate and/or doctor of sciences or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or doctor in profile, work experience in senior positions in educational organizations or in the specialty for at least 5 years, a certificate (certificate) of completion of advanced training courses in the field of management in for the last 5 years.

The head of the OP must have a higher (or postgraduate) education, an academic degree of candidate and/or doctor of sciences or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or a master’s degree, work experience of at least 3 years of scientific and pedagogical activity, a certificate (certificate) of completion of advanced training courses in the field of management in for the last 5 years.

A research professor must have a higher (or postgraduate) education, an academic degree of Doctor of Sciences, candidate of Sciences or PhD, academic title of professor, associate professor or associate professor, work experience in the field of research and teaching activities for at least 10 years, the Hirsch index of 2 excluding self-citations and more for scientists of natural sciences profile, Hirsch index 1 excluding self-citations and more for scientists of the socio-humanitarian profile, experience in active research, supported by scientific publications over the past 5 (five) years in international peer-reviewed journals indexed in the Scopus Web and/or of Science databases and scientific projects and experience in training scientific personnel. Requirements for the position of associate research professor
An associate professor-researcher must have higher (or postgraduate) education, a PhD or PhD degree, work experience in the field of research and teaching activities for at least 5 years, the Hirsch index 2 excluding self-citations and more for scientists of a natural-technical profile, the Hirsch index 1 excluding self-citations and more for scientists socio-humanitarian profile, active research experience, confirmed by scientific publications over the past 5 (five) years in international peer-reviewed journals, indexed in the Scopus Web and/or of Science databases and scientific projects. Preferably knowledge of a foreign language.

The senior teacher must have a higher (or postgraduate) education, at least 3 years of experience in scientific, pedagogical and/or pedagogical activity, or 3 years of practical work experience in the field of activity.

Persons working at the university submit the following documents to participate in the competition:
– application (in any form) addressed to the President of the University;
– a list of published works for the three years preceding the date of the announcement of the competition, printed in accordance with the established procedure and certified by the academic secretary of the University (seal is not affixed);
-a characteristic signed by the rector of the university or the head of the department (as a rule for teaching staff).
Persons from third-party organizations wishing to participate in the competition submit the following documents:
- application (in any form) addressed to the President of the University;
- personal personnel record sheet;
- An autobiography;
- a copy of the diploma with an appendix on higher education, academic and academic degrees, a document on academic rank and originals for verification;
- copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if available) and originals for verification;
- list of published works and inventions (if available);
- medical book (fluorography).
The submission of an incomplete set of documents according to the list is the basis for refusal in any form to accept the application.
