The sports club “Sunkar” organizes and conducts all sports and recreation work of students and teaching staff, which includes:

• holding a sports contest among first-year students;
• holding a sports contest among faculty and university staff;
• conducting competitions for the University Cup;
• organization of sectional work with young students;
• holding sports evenings;
• organization of sports and training work in individual and team sports;
• organization of Health Days;
• assistance in holding the Republican Universiade.
