“Candidates without experience, who have graduated from the organization of technical and professional, post-secondary or higher and/or postgraduate education in pedagogical specialties, who do not have experience in teaching, are hired after successful completion of the OSP. For these candidates without seniority, the qualification category “trainee teacher” is assigned in the educational organization.
The following courses are held: teachers: 2 (two) times a calendar year – free of charge; teachers applying for early certification 1 (one) once during the calendar year – for free; trial (at the request of the teacher) – on a paid basis during the calendar year. The results of trial/paid testing are not grounds for certification; candidates without experience, having technical and professional, higher and/or postgraduate education, persons wishing to resume teaching activities: 2 (two) times during a calendar year – free of charge; heads of educational organizations, methodological offices (centers) 4 (four) times per calendar year – free of charge; trial (optional) – on a paid basis during the calendar year.” Chapter 4, paragraphs 87,88.
