Incoming academic mobility of students

Baishev University accepts students from partner universities within the framework of the academic mobility program for the following educational programs.

All students staying under the academic mobility program (including in the distance format) are required to have all the necessary documents with them.

List of documents:

  1. statementaccording to the form approved by the Rules of the organization of the educational process on credit technology of education, approved by the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 20, 2011 No. 152 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative legal Acts No. 6976);
  2. agreementsigned between the applicant, the receiving and sending higher education institutions;
  3. the contract for training;
  4. photo 3×4 (6 pieces)
  5. Letter of recommendation;
  6. individual curriculum;
  7. transcript;
  8. a copy of the identity card and/or national passport;
  9. copies of diplomas, certificates, diplomas, letters of thanks, if any;
  10. The questionnaire of a foreign citizen who arrived to study at the educational organization of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the form (to be filled out in the Department of the Ministry of Education);
  11. a folder with files.

Habitation

Baishev University provides places in dormitories for students of partner universities. Please let us know in advance if you would like to book a place in the hostel. Since 2013, Baishev University has been accepting students from partner universities under the academic mobility program. Students of Almaty Technological University, Kazakh Agrotechnical University named after S.Seifullin, West Kazakhstan Agrotechnical University named after Zhangir Khan, West Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Technology and other universities of Kazakhstan studied as part of the exchange.
