On October 20, 2023, in the building of the prosecutor’s office of the Aktobe region, a meeting was held between 3rd and 4th year students of the Baishev University OP “Law” with the prosecutor of the Aktobe region, state counselor of justice 3rd class Daueshov.

An interesting dialogue took place with students about the role of the prosecutor’s office in the management, within the limits of their powers, of the unified system of prosecutor’s offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The prosecutor’s office, on behalf of the state, exercises, within the limits and forms established by law, the highest supervision over compliance with the rule of law on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, represents the interests of the state in court and carries out criminal prosecution on behalf of the state.

The selection procedure for the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan was explained to students. A film about drug addiction prevention, “Your Choice,” was also shown. At the end of the meeting, the students got acquainted with the exhibits of the museum of the prosecutor’s office of the Aktobe region.
