On 10/27/2023, the first International Scientific and Practical Conference “The Turkic World: the Legacy of outstanding Personalities” was held at Baishev University within the framework of the Organization of the Turkic Peoples proclaimed “2023 is the Year of Development of the Turkic Peoples”.
The conference was co-organized by the Academy of Sciences of the Turkic World (Azerbaijan) and the Nukus Mining Institute at the Navoi State Mining and Technological University.
The participants of the conference were addressed with a welcoming speech Sayilov Ghalib Amiraga oglu – Doctor of Philology, Professor at the Institute of Folklore of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, representative of the Academy of Sciences of the Turkish World; Husainova Layla Midkhatovna – Doctor of Philology, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Bashkir Philology, Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla; Dzhaksymuratov Karamatdin Mustapaevich – Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences, Professor of the Nukus Mining Institute at the Navoi State Mining and Technological University; Dosov ZhanibekBagdatuly – Director of the KSU “Center for Social Development” of the Department of Internal Policy of the Aktobe region.
Speeches on the historical heritage of a number of outstanding personalities of the Turkic world, on the methodology of teaching Kazakh as a foreign language in the system of Turkic languages, as well as the results of psychological and linguistic analysis of the axiology of Kazakh culture, comparative analysis of Turkic languages, research in the field of artificial intelligence development in the Turkic civilization served as an impetus for scientific discussion among scientists, Turkologists, linguists, literary critics and all participants of the conference.
