On 02/01/2024, a meeting organized by the Department of Socio-Cultural Development took place at Baishev University with the participation of employees of the military Department 20982 of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The meeting is timed to coincide with the address of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Kemeluly Tokayev to the people entitled “The Economic course of a Fair Kazakhstan”

During the event, the military personnel emphasized such important aspects as: the importance of the President’s address to the people of Kazakhstan dated September 2023, the effectiveness of using the new paradigm of economic development of Kazakhstan, the country’s competitive advantages and the maximum development of the potential of such key factors as labor, capital, resources, technologies in the field of production, as well as the “Academy of Civil Defense”
