On April 18, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., according to the Plan of the Decade of Science of Baishev University, a round table was organized and held with the professors of the Higher School of Natural Sciences and Humanities, candidate of legal sciences Bakytbek Arykbayuly Telibekov and candidate of legal sciences Irina Mendigereevna Telibekova on the topic “Digital technologies in the service of the Chamber of Legal Consultants”. During the round table work, the legal regulation of the use of digital technologies in civil and criminal proceedings with the participation of legal consultants, with the help of digital technologies, including the formalization of a power of attorney on the website of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, applying to state bodies through the website eOtinish.kz, as well as the Chamber of Legal Consultants of the Aktobe region the issues of using digital technologies were considered in the service.
